Contract agreements are specific to each of our corporate clients and form the basis for our working arrangement. Our Terms and Conditions, including our Refund Policy, are stated in each contract and are available for your review at any point, from the department overseeing the service provision.
If you pay for part, or all of your treatment/s and or services, you must adhere to our cancellation policy. Should you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. Should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you take a package or course of treatments and/or services, where payment is taken in full and upfront, the refund you are due is dependent on how many treatments and/or services you have already received.
Packages and courses of treatments and/or services are offered at a discounted rate. When you stop part way through a package and/or course, the treatments and/or sessions you have already received, will revert to being charged at full rate. The total price of the treatments and/or sessions already received, will be off set against the total amount initially paid, for the course of treatments and/or services. It is the difference between the two amounts which will be refunded.
In some cases, you may end up owing Body Mechanics Remedial Ltd a further payment, should the monetary amount for the initial package and/or course, be less than the treatments and/or services, already taken.
