I am a Coach and Consultant whose career has been spent leading and growing international teams and organisations to deliver large life-saving aid programmes in highly volatile environments. Today, I continue this work, as well as bringing my expertise into corporate businesses.

During my career, I have experienced burnout and depression and became curious that on some days I was talented and high-performing and on others, I could be as mad as a box of frogs.... when I saw similar in others, I became increasingly fascinated with our 'human-ness' and what it is to be at our best, no matter what the externals.

Having trained as a certified Transformative Coach, I believe that to deliver effective, sustainable change, it is fundamental to focus on the quality of our thinking and mindset. I guide and support other values-driven leaders to navigate complexity, scale organisations and optimise their personal impact:

My top tip to leaders for overcoming overwhelm is - Question the question... It is the ultimate productivity hack. Einstein apparently said that if he only had one hour to solve a problem he would spend 55 minutes defining the problem and the remaining 5 minutes solving it.
